Arcade Account for Burners

[ ] Clone the Arcade Account contract
[ ] Deploy burners using the Arcade Account
[ ] Create a system call to get the Master Account of an Arcade Account
[ ] Create a system call to get the Arcade Accounts of a Master Account

Extras:

[ ] Incorporate Argent Session Keys to be able to use the Account from the bot
[ ] Add a flag to invalidate/block the account
