Kerning problems in some browsers

Which program triggers the problem? Specify the filename if possible.
Google Chrome, IE and Firefox 4 beta

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Open almost any page in these browsers. Others, like Opera 11 or Firefox 3 work 
perfectly

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of gdipp (including renderer)? On which operating system?
windows7 x64, gdipp 0.9.1 beta

Are the any ways to solve this through settings, or it's a general issue with 
metric hooks absence?

any letter combination with a ‘w’ as second letter, like ‘aw’ etc. 
shows a larger gap between both letters in the search bar and adress bar in 
firefox 5. Combinations with ‘w’ as first letter work fine.
