Description

This PR adds functionality to update plugin statuses when no misconfigurations have changed

How has this been tested?

Deploy ClusterScan resource for only the Trivy plugin
After scan, check database to ensure trivy plugin information has been updated in the cluster
- pluginStatus.trivy is present
- pluginStatus.trivy contains vulnerabilityCount and imageCount matching database, as well as scan information including lastSuccessfulScanID and scan.ID
- cluster contains totalVulnerabilities and totalImages matching database
