Use typo3/cms-core instead of typo3/cms #15

TYPO3 9.5 supports use of composer but required a package that makes it impossible to use typo3/cms-core like most people do. This is a fix for powermailpdf version 2.4.5 for those of us who for one reason or another cannot upgrade yet.

I'm not quiet sure where to merge that. The current main does not support typo3 9.5 and the latest 9.5 version (2.4.5) does not use typo3/cms-core
