Split the application in a machine learning service for detection and a Nextcloud application for monitoring the files.
Rework frontend with vueJs and new design for a more intuitive way of recovering files.

We started refactoring the Nextcloud application and started implementation a new frontend based on VueJS so it would work with a special machine learning service for the classification. Both parts are not completed due to little time.

We decided to split this enormous task in two parts the refactoring and frontend part and the machine learning part. I created a draft pr #35 for the first part. The second part is still stuck in the data collection and analysis phase.

Therefore, I will now close this PR.
