Conflict with 'Redmine_ckeditor Plugin' https://github.com/a-ono/redmine_ckeditor

Problem Steps

  1. Open Then Internet Explorer (IE, Windows)
  2. Install Java Runtime.
  3. 'New Issue' Menu in Redmine
  4. Change 'Tracker' more then one times.
  5. Run Windows Task Manager (CPU 100%)
