In this event where to load balancer can't reach a healthy host, we could perhaps have a more user friendly fail whale.

Note that Cloudfront cannot be used in front of Meteor, since it messes up the Web sockets!! https://github.com/unee-t/frontend/issues/74#issuecomment-376065272
