Test done in FBO 'd DEV environment ---> No issues

Script was run in:

We will keep see if any issue creeps up in the DEV/Staging and/or the DEMO environment (relying on the UiLicious scripts for that)
Update Database Seed Scripts
If no error after 3 days:
- Deploy in Prod
- Merge this PR

Prod database has been upgraded to db schema v4.31
