This should speed up some of the procedures to create new units and assign/deassign users to units.

Implemented in the DEV/Staging

DEMO and DEV/Staging are now running DB schema v4.36. Need to test to see if all works as intended before rolling out in the PROD

UiLicious TEST have been run in the DEMO <--- no errors Deployed in the PROD.
