Implement the interface to remove a user from a unit #194

Today, in the MEFE, we have a method to add and remove user from a case.

Owner sell their properties, agents, contractors, management companies, tenant are replaced, occupant move out.

We need to implement the interface to remove a user from a unit when this user has no role in that unit anymore.

Additional comment: As we get more units and more users, this will become more and more critical: the unit owner will NEED to 'uninvite' a tenant or occupant who has moved out or a contractor who they are not working with anymore from the list of people with a role in that unit

@franck-boullier mentioned that this is becoming more and more urgent, as we already have users that need to be removed from their roles in some units. We need to prioritize this in a higher position in our list.

I'm adding this to the "Improve UI" project so it'll get more immediate attention.
