Consistency - Rename `Sub-Category` to `Case Type`

The Problem:

In the Dashboard and in the documentation we have created we are using the Terminology Case Type. In the MEFE the terminology for Case Type is Sub-Category. See here:

The solution:

We should use the same terminology in all our interfaces. The correct terminology should be Case Type
