WIP - Fix travis CI tests - Make sure we deploy a working Docker image #905

We need to make sure that

Travis CI tests are passing
AWS codebuild is executed with no error

This is also related to #900, #901, #902, #903 and #904

More info - current status:

When upgrading to node js 12:

Travis CI passes See The Travis build.
ASW Codebuild fails See the AWS Codebuild log.

Build for commit https://github.com/unee-t/frontend/pull/905/commits/e617551ad6e5a69c1b180cc7a098c31b4a781384 is passing despite a lot of errors in the log.
