Better describe the contact address in the metadata form

Add new fields in the metadata form to better describe the contact address. I suggest the following fields to describe the contacts:

• Function
• Name
• Organisation
• Address
• City
• State
• Postal Code
• Country
• Email

After verification with Andrea De Bono (Head of Unit at UNEP/GRID-Geneva), the mandatory fields in the ISO-19115 norm to describe contacts are:

• Organization name
• Individual name
• Electronic mail address
• Role (allowed values ​​in the screenshot below)

This is quite close to what we currently use in MapX, namely:

• Function
• Contact name
• Contact address
• Contact email

My suggestion may be a bit too detailed. An alternative to stick to the minimum ISO standard could be:

• remove "Contact address"
• add "Organization name"

I suggest we discuss this internally before moving forward on this.
