Update screenshots #8

Many of the screenshots on the website are rather outdated (is that Ubuntu pre-10.04?), and they have way too much compression.

Also, screenshots are in JPEG format which is only suitable for photographic images. Line-art images like screenshots should be saved in PNG format which is lossless and usually results in smaller files for such images.
