manual input to focus on certain GPS position #94

I used to bring my phone installed rmaps with a portable GPS logger,

the GPS logger have a mini LCD screen,
that can display current GPS position in decimal degrees like 
25.04022
121.58385

that I can input certain position to view the map without enable the GPS 
function on phone,
it eats lots of battery :X
