Processing NEC - PC Engine - TurboGrafx-16 (20230819-064535) in Retool 2.01.5 on default settings (and excluding everything except 'Games'), the following duplicates remain in the dat. It's probably related to some recent edits of these in no intro.

Gradius (Japan) (PC Engine Mini) Gradius (World) (Wii U Virtual Console)

Update: I see now, they changed capitalization from "mini" to "Mini", needs to be changed in https://github.com/unexpectedpanda/retool-clonelists-metadata/blob/7e9f945ae975ddc6778bacaf295a388362b3d750/config/internal-config.json#L253
