"Reprint/Rerelease" PSX Redumps being omitted by Retool (should be selected as "latest version") #220

Issue

When creating a 1G1R list, the outputted DAT will fail to include titles containing "(USA) (Reprint)" and "(USA) (Rerelease)" as "newer/latest versions" of a title.

What happens is that If I have a title that Redump classifies as "Reprint" or "Rerelease", (sometimes also 'incorrectly' labeled as: 'v1.1' or 'Rev 1'), then my Retooled-Redump DAT will eliminate the "rerelease/reprint" variants when it should instead be including them as a 'latest version'.

Examples include: Armored Core (Reprint) Disney Presents Tigger's Honey Hunt (USA) (Rerelease) Disney-Pixar A Bug's Life (USA) (Rerelease) Disney's Hercules Action Game (USA) (Rerelease) Disney's Tarzan (USA) (Rerelease)

i believe it applies to all of the titles containing the words "reprint" and "rerelease"

This is working as intended.

Since Redump never mentions what version the reprint or rerelease is (or what exactly is being rereleased), it can't be assumed it's the latest one. It is therefore demoted compared to other releases.
