New mediaplayer features

• new entity states: STANDBY and BUFFERING
• new device classes: set_top_box, streaming_box, tv
• input source selection & sound mode selection
• new commands for navigation support, channel switching and color button functions

These features will improve the integration of additional devices and home automation systems, like the AppleTV integration, or Home Assistant.
