[bug] 1.9.1 Apple TV Integration #398

Is there an existing issue for this?

Description

It appears either the Apple software 18.0 update and/or the remote 1.9 or 1.9.1 update required a readding of the integration to the remote, with associated remaping opf keys and media player.

How to Reproduce

Update Apple TV and reboot. Reboot remnote. Exhibits integration keys trigger only the red banner.

Expected behavior

If Apple TVos 18.0 causes issue, hopefully a better work around on integration. If 1.9 related, hopefully a fix.

1.9.1

I'm running the latest developer beta of TVos and the latest stable version of the remote and the integration, and I didn't have to do this, so it's strange that you had to.
