We need a script that can read the API and output the Scripture to PDF (eventually epub and such).

API endpoint https://api.unfoldingword.org/uw/txt/2/catalog.json, help for API at https://door43.org/en/dev/api/unfoldingword.

You'll need to get the language information from this endpoint: http://td.unfoldingword.org/exports/langnames.json.
