Feature - Issue 516 - Fix for quote indentations to properly be closed #34

USFM-Tools singlehtmlRenderer was not properly closing <p> tags used for indenting \q# tags. Now properly closes last quote and ends a quoted line when certain tags are encountered. Adds testing to USFM-Tools with a test to test the \q tags of the book of Numbers.
