Support for RC0.2 #12

This updates the webook, catalog, and acceptance functions to fully implement the RC0.2 specification. Previously these were adhering to a intermediate form.

Also added unit tests for the acceptance tests.

This was done in preparation for https://github.com/unfoldingWord-dev/door43.org/issues/252
