This is a HUGE update that accomplishes a number of things.

redesigned lambdas to function on a single scheduled trigger.
most lambdas are now designed to integrate with the API Gateway.
greatly improved logging and error reporting.
most lambdas are managed to ensure only a single instance runs at a time.
lots of fixes to catalog generation.
