Re-import AVD Ps and Is #33

Story

As a translator I want to use Arabic Ps and Is as source texts so that I can translate the whole Bible.

Notes

When the AVD was initially imported I don't think we had support for Psalms and Isaiah. We need to get Ps and Is imported for the AVD version.
