add additional variable expansion support to media urls #36

We need to allow using all scalar keys in the media block as expansion variables within the media urls. In addition to this we need to introduce a {latest} variable that may be used in the version fields to indicate the media represents the latest version of the content.

This has been completed but requires some final testing once we have some PDFs. Rich is generating some PDFs today.
