We need to add a function to convert these to the JSON format that the tS v2 API is expecting.
Testing needs to occur against the latest version of tS to make sure there is no loss of information in the conversion (of course, excepting the information that tS knows nothing about, like IDs).
We have updated our tN files to use the TSV format described in https://git.door43.org/unfoldingWord/en_tn#structure for information on the structure.
