Need user story and build epic to cover each set of tasks.

Perry Oaks - Consultant:

Use the tool as a substitute for traditional consultant. Educate users on checking principles. Teach the team how to use the tool. Observe usage and give feedback on tool. Observe progress from separate computer to know what to ask about.

Russ Perry - Project Manager:

Date: TBD Background: Team finishing a two week mast program this week, next MAST is June 22-July 5. Organizing a two week checking of another team. Making sure the team has the tool available to use it. Make sure someone is providing the training they need to do the recommended workflow. New users to consider - Training department.

Intended workflow:

Level two check to be done (pastor read-through). Checking tool used after text has stabilized to minimize chaos. Run the report to see what needs editing. Report quantifies the value of the tool. Edit text in translationStudio. Read-through anything that was changed. Repeat tC checking process. Tool should import and pick up where left off. Tool should recognize existing checks that have not changed and mark them as good. Tool should recognize changes that invalidate quotes and mark them as needing to be checked again. Repeat as necessary.

Philippines Checking:

Date: May 16-20 Background: Team in Philippines translating using MAST process in translationStudio Desktop. Recommended that they will complete their read through prior to checking with translationCore. Upload to Door43 from translationStudio. Import individual translated books of the Bible to the tool from Door43. Completing recommended checking tool process. Review report to know what to change in translationStudio. Upload to D43, and repeat checking process if they have enough time.
