not compatible #59

.I am getting on the LG CV700 a notice from the Playstore "Your device isn't compatible with this version". I have not had any issue with this before. What can I do to get this working or downloaded from the playstore? Android Version 4.4.2

we also received a new help desk request 12 hours ago from a user that has the same problem. Ticket #1485, this user has a Dell Venue 7 3730 tablet, please see ticket for details. They want to know if there is another way to download a working copy (an APK that runs on their version?).
