There are a number of African languages (very possibly others, as well) that use multiple diacritics to indicate tone and stress, and that also use non-standard vowel forms (open-e and open-o) with diacritics. As far as I can see, these do not have single code points in Unicode, so we need to use combining diacritics to provide these. Unfortunately, tk.unfoldingword.com doesn't properly support combining diacritics (they are put in reversed order on every save of a key) and the Android tK app doesn't correctly use or display them. We need to add/fix support for combining diacritics in translationKeyboard.
