I tried to perform this upload 3 times and they all failed. I closed tS, restarted it and logged in with a different user name (qa99), tried the upload again and now it was successful. I then changed my user name back to the orginal (qa98) and it still fails with that user name. I again closed the app, reopened logging in as qa99, and this time the upload succeeded. I logged out and back in as qa98, cleared the log, and performed the upload again. Still failed and the log is in issue #1849.
@neutrinog - I double checked with Rick. This has the same symptoms of a duplicate email address bug. But somehow ts-desktop succeeds in uploading. I have a vague memory that they have an additional step that bypasses this email bug. Could we do something similar?
@cckozie - is it possible that you have accidentally re-used the qa98@gmail.com address in another account? Because the behavior is like the duplicate email address bug on the server.
@cckozie - in looking at the QA accounts, it looks like qa90 is also using the email address qa98@gmail.com that is causing a fault on the server.

It looks like qa1@gmail.com has been reused several times.
Yup, looks like I did a typo when creating another account. I resolved the email address conflict and now I can upload the project.
