Import from tC Blank Verses #1258

Trying to import this project into tS https://git.door43.org/jesse_test/aac_ulb_jud_book yielded no text in any of the verses.

@jag3773 the project above is messed up. It says it was created by ts-desktop but it's obviously created by translationCore. If the manifest were updated to have tc-desktop as the generator the import should correctly import the usfm.

ok I've improved the detection of tC projects during import.
