Gateway Language (GL) translations of the UST should be named something other than "unfoldingWord Simplified Text" because "unfoldingWord" is a trademark. Therefore, using "UST" as the label of a resource tab in an opened project in tS confuses that issue if the contents of the "UST" tab is a GL text.
One solution could be to simply use a different label, e.g, "Simplified Text" which is consistent with the other labels that are currently "Notes", "Words", "Questions" instead of "UTN", "UTW", or "UTQ".
Another solution could be to support custom labels for a text identified as a translation of the UST. For example, for the "Indian Easy Version (IEV)" which is a translation of the UST into Indian GLs, the label could use "IEV".
