Fixes Issue #1320 with languages like Myanmar and Amú not displaying correctly in the PDFs generated by Prince with their projects.
It adds all Noto Sans fonts from Google for all languages as a language the user can set as their source/target languages font. Then when Prince generates the PDF, it uses the User Target Font as the body font-family.
Bumps the version of Prince used as well for all platforms and tested.
