OS language determines source language in tS-Android #149

Just heard from the field that is native French speakers. Their Androids operating systems are using French. When they downloaded and started up version 8 - all they see is OBS to translate. So I tried on my Android (that was using English and had all possible projects available) by changing it to French as the OS language. Same thing happened to my program - I can only open OBS. So, I tried Russian - there are no projects available in Russian.

IMHO the language of the Android hardware should not determine what projects (and source language) is available in tS-Android.

What about the national that speaks French (but does understand written English) that does not understand that the program determines its available resources to their national language? They might think that the Bible is not available for them to translate even though they have heard about how they can translate the Bible from this really cool app.
