Help Get RBS Booklets into tS #66

We need to get several booklets into tS as translatable projects. The input will be Markdown, but simplified, it may be that we can model it in the same way we model OBS.

Note that the input can/should be modified to fit whatever we define in #65 or whatever we may need in the short term.

Of course, the process needs to be repeatable, RBS has 8 booklets ready for input and somewhere near 25 on the horizon.
