Ensure \sp and \add USFM is supported #178

Both the \sp and \add USFM need to be supported.

Please implement \add as square brackets around the relevant text: [ ]

Please implement \sp as italicized text for now (this is subject to change at a later date).

Is there an example in the current text that we can use for testing purposes?
