Describe what your pull request addresses

cleaned up logging
tweaks to chapter navigation
implements changes for https://github.com/unfoldingword/create-app/issues/5 MVP items 1 & 2

Testing:

can test with https://deploy-preview-55--create-app.netlify.app/
[ ] when you change chapter, verse should be reset to 1
[ ] when you click previous verse and it wraps to previous chapter, verse number should be the last verse
