refine type names and definitions #11

The types defined in fnr-text could use some refining in their names (and potentially their definitions). Specifically, the following names are a bit ambiguous

@birchamp the proposed changes that I had came in the form of the new API I was working on with findr. See the new-api branch (e.g: https://github.com/unfoldingWord/findr/blob/new-api/packages/fnr-text/src/Search.d.ts)
