Add icon to indicate if a user is seeing master or their branch #254

Open birchamp opened 3 years ago

Issue:

Users want to know if they are viewing the master file or their own branch. This should be indicated with an icon beside the title of each editable card. When the user doesn't have a branch open the card should not show the icon. The icon tooltip should give the name of the branch. Clicking the icon should take the user to the branch on DCS.

States:
Icon hidden: card text is from master.
Icon shown: card text is from branch.
Icon clicked: open branch on DCS in a new tab.
Icon hover: display name of branch in tooltip.

DoD:

When the card shows data that is in the user's branch, there should be an icon display next to the title of the card as show below.

@birchamp @mannycolon This issue would really be helpful to the user to know if they are seeing their branch or the master file and also help with the current issue that we are facing while testing.
