SPIKE: Add font selection #361

Complex font support was added to tCCreate. It needs to be added as a menu item in gatewayEdit. Note that font sizing is done on a card by card basis.

Can fonts be changed for all the helps cards at the same time?
Can the font be changed at the app level and then customized for scripture cards? Note: The scripture pane functions differently than the individual helps cards. Is there a way we can do both app level and card level fonts? For instance when they choose their language.
