Update Content on TSV Add Without Having to Save #543

Describe what your issue addresses

[ ] When a user adds an item to a TSV resource, automatically save to DCS

Test Instructions

[ ] using https://deploy-preview-571--gateway-edit.netlify.app/
[ ] Add a row to either tN, twl, or TQ
- [ ] On add, resource should automatically save
- [ ] Verify that the added TSV exists within the resource

Looks good to me. When adding a row to tN, twl, or TQ the resource automatically saves and the added TSV does exists within the resource. Testing with v2.1.0 build f845565 QA.

Saving new note in tN: New note is saved without having to click save button and positioned itself next to the parent note. Private Zenhub Image
