There are some inconsistencies in Add Row feature in translationQuestions.
In Malachi, When we click on + to add a new row, Note that the new row dialog has populated values of Questions and Responses. Seems like it is taking from the beginning of the file.

Note that when we add a new row in tQ, it has an extra field for _refernenceRange.
Add some data and click on ADD.

In Mathew, Add row works fine as expected. Add row does not populate fields other than references and Id.
