Describe what your pull request addresses

[ ] adds latest uw-editor, which features graft editing, sticky buttons, and broken alignment indicator

[ ] Graft editor: click title to see popup graft editor
[ ] Scroll a book and see the buttons stay visible
[ ] remove a bunch of text in a verse and see the "exclamation point" become active. Click to see all broken alignments.
