• [ ] This upgrades the uw-editor component to v0.1.18
• [ ] This fixes two issues:
• [ ] 1. the chapter sequence problem
• [ ] 2. the interactions between save, undo, and redo

Test Instructions

• [ ] login
• [ ] set org to uw, with english
• [ ] add ult Titus
• [ ] note that chapter 2 is really chapter 2
• [ ] make a change, undo, redo, etc and observe the save button being enable and disabled at the right times
• [ ] NOTE! the graft editor still has some issues (see other issue(s))
