Incorrect organization assumptions for saving #157

In the situation below, a changed file is downloaded instead of being saved to DCS.

  1. login to dcs, uW, English
  2. open a book, say Titus ULT
  3. open a second book from a different organization where you do not have write access, say, Titus from es-419, GLT
  4. make a change to English Titus
  5. click save button
  6. file is down loaded instead of saving to DCS

I am unable to replicate the problem. Probably fixed as a side effect of other changes.

I will tag to put on watchlist.

v0.9.0-rc.2 build 29a2450. Not seeing this issue in the latest rc build. Changes are saved to DCS upon saving.
