When user searches for a word and there is no result to show, then it should be shown in the results drop-down that "No results found" to indicate to the user.
Currently, the search results shows up as soon as the user keys in the text in the search bar, in the drop-down. But if there are no results, there is no drop-down.
Display the dropdown with the '0' results.
