Design a print preview UI #211

The print preview from oce-editor-tools needs to be connected to the gT UI

Looks good in v1.1.0 build https://github.com/unfoldingWord/gateway-translate/commit/e70834fa3fb70ae7363291a5982faecd6de07e96 in develop. The print icon is available on the card header along with other icons.

Looks good to me. Tested with v1.1.0 build e70834f QA.
