Words duplicated after edits are done #217

v1.1.0 build e9c57ea This problem is showing again that makes the words in the text duplicate.

open a book card, make edits and save.
Edit the same word again by removing it and save. Or do an Undo action from the card header. Note that the words are duplicated.

This was earlier fixed by this PR: https://github.com/unfoldingWord/oce-editor-tools/pull/56

So it seems like when we edit back to the text that was before the edit was made, thats when the words are duplicated. For eg, In a verse, I added text "Test" and saved> looks fine, then did Undo/Redo and save> looks fine. Then I manually removed the text using delete button on my keyboard and then there is a lag and words are duplicated.

Looks good in v1.1.0 build bb7015a. Not seeing the problem in develop.
