To properly setup Netlify we need to add the ZULIP_TOKEN and ZULIP_USER environmental variables to the Netlify Site. I don't have access to do this or know what values to use.

I think the env var NETLIFY_NEXT_PLUGIN_SKIP needs to be set too for the build to work.
