Add option to supply a URL to open the USFM text #8

What kind of url should we expect/support? I was thinking it would be any raw file that could be fetched with http like. https://qa.door43.org/unfoldingWord/en_ult/raw/branch/master/02-EXO.usfm of course this would make saving hard. What is the use cases of manually supplying a url?

While the usfm might be to DCS, it child come from anywhere. As such we cannot save it. It would be view only.

In theory we could parse the URL and figure out if is from DCS and whether the user has write access. But for now I say view only is good.
